  16. No. The traffic trying to get 0.81 is tickling bugs in the NetBSD
  17. kernel. I'm installing a load-limiting ftpd to see if that causes
  18. things to behave better. I figure it's better that some get bounced
  19. while others get connected and get the thing than that everyone get
  20. connected only to have the server crap out.
